DESIGN:
BROOKLYN HEIGHTS WATERFRONT (2009)
Assignment: Redesign Brooklyn Heights waterfront and promenade in anyway you see fit including at least 1 millon sq of buildings.
Vision Statement: The waterfront at Brooklyn Heights presents the opportunity for the creation of an entirely new neighborhood in New York City. The new neighborhood will be a sustainable mixed-use live-work environment connected to but separate from the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.

NYU CENTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT (2008)
Assignment: Design a center for NYU’s Environmental Studies Department at the Morton-Williams supermarket site (130 Bleecker St.)
Vision Statment: The creation of a permeable low-lying building that will respect the surrounding Silver Towers complex while at the same time standing out as an individual on its own corner. The new building will combine several sustainable features, but most prominent will be the three green roofs, the solar heat collectors, and the passive heating and cooling system.
